仪器化压痕法在管道力学性能检测中的应用

Abstract

 介绍了仪器化压痕法测量在役管道力学性能的原理及意义。利用韩国Frontics公司生产的AIS3000 compact便携式万能力学性能检测仪对几种常见管道材料进行仪器化压痕力学性能检测,并将检测数据与单轴拉伸试验数据进行对比验证,其结果二者偏差很小。仪器化压痕法可以对在役管道进行无损力学性能检测,有效预防管道安全事故,是传统力学检测方法的有力补充;该检测方法对管道数字化安全管理和日常维护有重大意义。

 

This paper introduces the principle of Instrumented indentation method for measuring the mechanical properties of the pipeline in service. This paper use AIS3000 compact produced by Korea’s Frontics to detect the mechanical properties of several common pipelines. The result of Instrumented indentation test is similar to the result of uniaxial tensile test. The mechanical properties can be non-destructive detected by Instrumented Indentation Test which is a supplement to the traditional detection methods。This method is conducive to better prevention of pipeline accidents, and has big implications for pipeline safety management and daily maintenance.
